Karla Perkins began riding horses at the age of 38 as a form of physical therapy for her Fibromyalgia Syndrome. It has become a new avocation for her . She rides her sturdy, well mannered Morgans over hill and dale, down the freeways, and through every open space preserve she can find in the San Jose Bay Area. Karla even entered and completed a 50 mile endurance ride with her then 19 year old mare (Barrister Sonata, aka Mighty Mouse). It was a first for both of them.
